Many of our short-term properties are available for long-term rentals between November 1st and April 30th, while others are available all year round. Our affordable rates ensure the landlords that their properties are occupied off season and allows visitors who want to get to know the area or learn Italian at the neighbouring University in Perugia to extend their stay. Prices include everything except electricity and heating costs, charged based on consumption.
